The Pilates Life® studio focuses on personal, one-on-one Pilates training sessions. The Pilates Life® practitioners use a proven series of fundamentals and principles, which quickly advances the client's skill level. A session typically takes 45-60 minutes. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles, and gain flexibility. You will also have better posture and a better sense of well-being. To get the full benefits of Pilates, it is best to attend a minimum of 3 sessions a week.
Pilates is a great way to improve your endurance, strengthen your core, and increase your range of motion. Pilates will help your body by stretching, strengthening, and lengthening your muscles.
Pilates not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mind-body connection and mental well-being. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
