• One-on-One individualized session - we meet you where you are at, every session
• Posture Analysis - introductory as well as before and after each session 
• Deep dive into fundamentals, movements and recruitment of appropriate muscles
• Use of ALL Pilates equipment including trapeze, chair, ped-o-pole, ladder barrels, spine correctors, and props
• Teacher’s use of Percussion Massage Gun on client as needed
• Grip Socks are provided and professionally laundered 
• We will book your private Pilates sessions weekly

• Group sessions are pre-planned with continuous flow. Class will continue even if you need a break, but you can jump right back in once you are ready
• Group sessions are designed around a general group rather than an individual
• Use of Reformer, Reformer with Tower, Mat, Mat with Tower, and props only
• Student will be required to change springs, make adjustments to equipment during group sessions (teacher will assist if necessary) including use of box, and clean equipment
